Blue Sox app support
Blue Sox is the software the projects of Blue Sox Constructions Pty Ltd run on — the estimate, the drawings, the site diary and the money. It is used by our own staff, by the clients whose projects we are building, and by the subcontractors and installers invited onto a job.

Say which project it is about and what happened, and write from the address you sign in with so we can find your account. A screenshot helps.
Report content or a person
Everything on Blue Sox belongs to a project and is seen only by Blue Sox staff and the people invited to it. If something on a project is offensive or shouldn't be there, or somebody is misusing their access, email us the project's name and what you saw. We take down what shouldn't be there, and an admin can remove a person from Blue Sox, which ends their access at once.
Common questions
I don't have an account
Make one: open the app, or this site, and choose Sign up. A new account opens nothing until Blue Sox adds it to the projects you are working on, with the parts of each you need — so tell whoever you work with at Blue Sox, or email the address above with the project's name. If Blue Sox has sent you an invitation, signing up from its link lets you straight in.
My sign-in code hasn't arrived
Signing in sends a code to your email. Check the junk folder first. If it still hasn't come, ask for another — an older code stops working once a new one is sent. Sign-in is by email and password or an emailed code; there is no social login to get tangled in.
The app is asking for the camera or my photos
Only so you can put a photo on a job. The camera is used for site photos, diary shots and capturing invoices and dockets, and a photo goes to the project you were in when you took it. Both permissions can be turned off at any time in Settings › Blue Sox, and the app keeps working without them — you can still read everything.
I'm not getting notifications
Notifications tell you when a drawing you uploaded has been read. Check they are allowed in Settings › Blue Sox › Notifications, and that you are signed in — the app registers your device only once it knows whose it is, so a notification will not arrive before your first sign-in.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Your account — it is the last item in the menu — and choose Delete my account; an account that isn't on a project yet has the same button on the page it waits on. You type your own email address to confirm, and that is all: nobody has to be asked. Deleting your account will wipe all your data, and it is unrecoverable. Your account and sign-in, your Claude connections, your saved chats with the library, the reminders you set and the markups you never published are deleted, and your name and email are taken off everything you did on every job. It can't be undone. The drawings, photos, diary entries and documents you added to a job stay on that job without your name, because Blue Sox has to keep each job's records. Your sign-in goes the moment you confirm, and your name is off every job within a day.
Can I use it on an iPad?
Yes. On an iPad the app shows the full workspace, the same one as a laptop. On an iPhone it shows a frame built for a phone: the estimate as a card per line, which an admin can change on the spot, and the drawings as a register that opens into the viewer.
